Account & Data Deletion

আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ও তথ্য মুছে ফেলতে চাইলে: ইমেইল [email protected] অথবা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ +8801719679996 — “Delete my data” লিখে আপনার নাম ও ফোন নম্বর পাঠান। ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে মুছে ফেলা হবে।

You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data we hold about you — including your name, phone number, delivery address, uploaded documents/images, and order history — from the Nilkhet Express app and website.

How to request deletion

• Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my data”, or
• Message us on WhatsApp at +8801719679996.
• Include your name and the phone number used for your orders so we can verify and find your records.

What we delete

Your account, contact details, delivery addresses, uploaded files, and order history. We may retain the minimum records required by law or to complete an in-progress order; those are removed once no longer required.

Timeline

We verify and complete deletion requests within 30 days.
