This Privacy Policy explains how Nilkhet Express (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles your information when you use our website nilkhetexpress.pitech.com.bd and our Nilkhet Express Android app (the “App”). By using the website or the App you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

2. About the app

The Nilkhet Express app is our customer-facing printing, stationery and delivery app. With it, customers can browse products (such as books, ID cards, business cards, banners and stationery), upload documents and images for printing, place orders, choose a delivery method, pay, and receive order updates. Our authorized staff also use the same system for administrative tasks such as managing orders, products and categories; this policy primarily describes how we handle customer information.

3. Information we collect

When you order through the App or website, we collect:

• Contact details: your name and phone number (including your WhatsApp number).
• Delivery address: the address where you want your order delivered.
• Order & cart details: the products and print options you choose, and your purchase/order history.
• Uploaded documents & images: the files and photos you upload for printing.
• Payment reference: for bKash, the transaction ID (TrxID) and amount you send us to confirm payment (see Payments below).
• Basic technical data: a session token stored on your device to keep you signed in, and information needed to operate and secure the service.

4. How we use your information

• To process, print and deliver your orders.
• To confirm payment and manage your order.
• To send order updates and provide support (including via WhatsApp and, if enabled, app notifications).
• To operate, secure and improve our service.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

5. Payments

Payment is made by bKash merchant payment or cash on delivery. For bKash, you pay our merchant number and send us the transaction ID (TrxID); we process that TrxID and the order amount to confirm your payment. For cash on delivery, we record the amount due. We do not collect or store your full card numbers, bank account numbers or banking credentials — the actual payment is handled by bKash.

6. Uploaded files

Documents and images you upload are used only to fulfill your print order. They are stored securely on our servers / cloud storage (e.g., Cloudflare R2), are never shared with third parties or published publicly, and are deleted within 30 days after your order is completed (or sooner if you ask us to remove them).

7. Sharing

We share information only as needed to fulfill your order, with:

• Delivery couriers (Pathao, Steadfast) — your name, phone number and delivery address, to deliver your order.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — to send order confirmations and status updates.
• bKash — for payments you choose to make.
• Hosting & cloud-storage providers (e.g., Cloudflare R2) that store data on our behalf.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

8. Permissions (Android)

• Camera — to capture a document or product photo to upload.
• Photos / media — to select documents or images from your device to upload.
• Internet — to communicate with our server.
• Notifications — to send you order status updates (if enabled).

9. Data security & retention

Your data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and kept in access-controlled storage. We retain order and contact data only as long as needed for business and legal purposes; uploaded print files are deleted within 30 days of order completion as described above.

10. Your rights & data deletion

You can request access to, or deletion of, your account and personal data at any time. Use our Data Deletion page, or email [email protected]. We verify and complete deletion requests within 30 days.

11. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
