These terms govern your use of the Nilkhet Express website and the Nilkhet Express Admin application. By using our services you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Nilkhet Express provides online printing, stationery and related products with delivery in Bangladesh. Prices, products and offers shown may change at any time.
2. Orders & payment
- Orders are confirmed after you submit them on the website or via WhatsApp.
- Payment is by bKash (manual merchant) or cash on delivery, as offered at checkout.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and lawful content to print.
3. The app
The Nilkhet Express app is our customer-facing app for browsing products, uploading files for printing, ordering and payment. Some administrative features are available only to authorized staff, and unauthorized access to those features is prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
You may not upload content that is illegal, infringes others’ rights, or violates applicable law. We may refuse or cancel any order that breaches these terms.
5. Liability
Services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
